Manchester is probably most famous for the two world-renowned football teams, Manchester United and Manchester City, but the city has so much more to offer than only football. Music is a very important part of the culture in Manchester with areas such as The Northern Quarter are filled with small venues where you can listen to both new and established artists.

Manchester is also rich in history and you can discover many things here, including the famous Roman ruins in Castlefield, the history of the people at The People’s History Museum or the important role Manchester played in the invention of the computer.
