How will you test my level?
We are now conducting level assessments online and this will include a grammar, writing and speaking assessment. The level of class you will study in will be agreed with you before arrival.
Can I change level during the course?
If you would like to change level, you can speak to our Director of Studies who will advise
you about this. The DoS will check your weekly test results and do a ‘level up’ test to check
that you are ready to move.
How many weeks should I study?
To progress one full level, it is recommended to study 12 weeks. However, you can choose a
longer or shorter programme of study depending on your availability and budget.
How will you monitor my progress?
We do regular progress tests and record all results, to make sure we can track your
improvement. You will also have an individual tutorial with your teacher every four weeks.
If you are on a longer course, you will also have a tutorial with the Director of Studies every
